ProfiTune | Friday, 2 December 2011

Hi Peter, I'd like to say a BIG thanks to you and your staff. I have been receiving your ProfiTips eNewsletter for some time now and wanted to say thanks ...

All of the text on this website (except for the Disclaimer and Privacy pages), is Copyright © 2007-2009 to ProfiTune Business Systems Pty Ltd (we've used "PT" for short, below).

That being so, the rules for using our ideas or words are pretty basic:

If you are a Paying Client

Don't worry about asking for permission to use our material if it's for your personal use in connection with your work with one of our Business Improvement Specialists.  If you wish to duplicate any of our work for use with your team, we'll always say "yes" but we appreciate the courtesy when you ask us first.

Anyone Else

If you are a student of business, and you are using our material for your studies (and not generating an income from them) then use them intact and without asking, but please acknowledge us as the source.

If you wish to use any of our material for business purposes then please ask and gain our permission before doing so. When we grant permission, then you must:

Conditions

  1. Acknowledge PT Copyright over the extracted material (see below).
  2. Use the information in a way that will support and favorably represent our products, services or reputation.
  3. In instances where you want to use our material on another site, you must create and maintain an active hyperlink to the original page(s) within this website, for each extract (though an RSS feed would probably be less trouble).
  4. Provide a disclaimer which lets browsers know that we are not responsible for the accuracy/currency of the material you extracted.
  5. Incorporate into that disclaimer a link to the PT web page containing the original information.

If you do the wrong thing, we may have to challenge you at law.

When you do the right thing, we'll wish you good fortune, and believe you will attract that!

Suggested Acknowledgement

Please feel free to use articles from either our site or our newsletters in any situation and, when you do that, please:

  1. Use the articles intact, don't alter them in anyway, and make sure all original links are included and tested for working order (otherwise people may think we don't know what we are doing ;-); or
  2. Use an extract and provide a link through to the full item in our site or eNewsletter; and
  3. Include the following Copyright Notice: "©2003-200X ProfiTune Business  www.profitune.com"
