"It started with the questionnaire - it jogs the mind in a lot of areas, in a lot of cases you can see what you should be doing just from the questions. They get you thinking. The Report gave me a number of different angles and procedures by which to improve my business. We increased prices immediately - because it was just so logical they way you presented the results of doing so in the report. So, yeah, a great motivator to do the things I know I have to do!
Another example of the sorts of changes that we made almost immediately after reading our Business Analysis was to run the business bank account a lot leaner - like we used to do in the early days when we had no money and no choice. We got a bit slack there for a while - I suppose because we had more money - but after doing the Analysis I have tightened right up and I now make sure we run the working account at bare minimum."
