Presentations

If you are evaluating us as a potential provider for an up-coming keynote, seminar, workshop or similar group event we know that we consistently facilitate excellent outcomes for our clients - but you don't.

Since we know the risk is small - and you don't - it's only appropriate that we should assume all of the risk in our doing business together. To that end we offer a unique performance guarantee which is as follows:

Performance Guarantee

If, at the conclusion of our presentation our Client (the person paying the bill) is not entirely satisfied
that we have achieved the goal negotiated with us and have delivered full value for money,
we will refund our presentation fee - in full and without question -
and provide you another presentation of equal length at no charge.

Coaching

If you are looking for a Business Coach capable of accelerating you towards the goals you seek, or capable of guiding you along unknown paths to an outcome you wish for, you may wonder if the time and money you might invest with us is likely to produce a dividend.

Again, we know our own track record and, before making an offer of coaching, we will also have thoroughly assessed your own potential for improvement, so from our end of the bargain the risk is well known.

Since we are in an ideal position to forecast the risk in coaching any client, and since there are substantial fees at stake, it's only appropriate that we assume all of the risk of ensuring a return on your investment in us. To make that crystal clear, we offer a very simple guarantee to those clients - whether individual or group Clients - to whom we make an offer of coaching:

Coaching Performance Guarantee

During the course of any twelve month period of coaching with us,
you will increase your earnings before tax by at least twice our fee
or it's free!

As one very successful client remarked on first assessing our coaching guarantee: If I'm going to double my money, I'd prefer you charge me a higher fee.
