Sarah’s background in sales and hospitality is an asset for the team when it comes to providing our Clients with warm and friendly support, and she backs that up with a bubbly personality and a love of talking (something that, unlike Peter, she does for free. SD).
Sarah has a great talent for market research, and in maintaining relationships with our clients through our newsletters, blogs, special reports, social media and other online informational services.
Sarah has the happy knack of finding life extremely amusing (her words) and can laugh at just about anything life throws her way (or anyone else’s way for that matter! PR). She is truly the heart of the business, and her soft and warm personality nurtures and enhances all of the relationships in our team. She is our kinesthetic person and balances Peters very dominant AD personality with the "touchy-feely" side of things.
- Sarah’s attention to detail and creativity makes sure that our manuals, web articles, eNewsletters and other publications are up to scratch, and reflect our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
- Sarah is an excellent mediator and as such runs all our team meetings and keeps the balance in any discussions that might get a little heated.
- Sarah has studied Psychology, Health Science, Reiki, Massage, Horticulture, Business Management and Hospitality (and seems to spend a lot of time researching the latter late at night, at a range of venues. PR) (not true ! SD)
